This session is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and strategic insights into the planning, deployment, and regulation of broadband infrastructure. Participants will gain an understanding of network expansion strategies, policy frameworks, and emerging technologies, equipping them to support sustainable broadband growth and enhanced connectivity across the West African region.
