This session is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and strategic insights into managing cross-border data flows and harmonising data policies across the region. Participants will gain an understanding of regulatory frameworks, data governance best practice, and interoperability challenges, equipping them to support effective, secure, and sustainable digital ecosystems within their organisations and across West African countries.
