This course is designed for policymakers, ICT and development officials, and public-sector leaders who want to take stock of the Smart Africa Alliance and see where it is heading. Most continental digital agendas stall not because the vision is wrong, but because the work is pursued country by country, leaving markets fragmented and progress hard to measure. This course flips that around: it reviews what the Alliance has actually built through partnership, and looks ahead to the blueprints, flagship projects and programmes that carry the agenda toward 2030.
