Data Governance Foundations and Implementation copy 1

This course introduces the foundations of data governance for African public institutions, organised around eight interconnected pillars: policies and legal frameworks; leadership and governance; institutional structures and capabilities; digital public infrastructure and capacity building; data governance architecture and management; stimulating demand for data; funding considerations; and creating a data value chain. Five modules guide you from foundations through implementation, with a final 10-question assessment and a course certificate on a passing score (60% or higher).
