This course examines the cybersecurity landscape in Africa, introduces you to the ecosystem of threats and key actors, and equips you with strategies to build resilient cybersecurity frameworks in your local context. Equip yourself with the knowledge to analyse Africa's cybersecurity landscape, address threats, and build resilient digital infrastructure.
The program is designed for policymakers, government officials, cybersecurity professionals, and anyone responsible for shaping digital security strategy in African nations. Participants will gain practical knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, vulnerability assessment, and awareness of continental projects and programmes for collaboration. To earn a certificate, learners must complete a situational judgement pre-assessment, interactive module activities, and a graded post-course assessment.
